Northwest Hennepin Family Service Collaborative
The Northwest Hennepin Family Service Collaborative (NWHFSC) is a regional collaborative that includes the school districts of Brooklyn Center Community Schools, Osseo Area Schools, and the Hennepin County side of the Anoka- Hennepin School District.
The nine cities included in the attendance area of these school districts are also served by the collaborative: Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Osseo, Maple Grove, Dayton, and Champlin, plus a portion of the cities of Plymouth, Rogers and Corcoran.
