This guide is a product of the Basic Needs Action Group of the New Neighbors Providers Network of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center. The goal of the group is to provide a resource guide that includes basic process and guidelines for each entry in order to facilitate the use of established community resources by African newcomers and others.
