Community Needs Assessment
Over the past fifteen years the Northwest Hennepin Family Service Collaborative has conducted three Community Needs Assessments to better understand and serve the families of the Northwest Hennepin area.
We are aware of the lack of resources and support systems for children and families who live in the northwest region of Hennepin County; to this end NWHFSC embarked upon a community needs assessment to engage the voices of the community in order to gain a current understanding of the health and other needs of children and families in the Collaborative’s regional service delivery area.
