Health Resource Center
Brooklyn Center’s Health Resource Center offers free and low-cost medical, dental, vision, and mental health services to youth of Brooklyn Center Schools and community ages 0-19. Services include medical treatment including immunizations, dental treatments, eye-exams, and mental health services. The Health Resource Center is sponsored by the Park Nicollet Foundation.
Sierra Howard joined the team this year in the Health Resource Center Coordinator position, where she is responsible for supporting the Full-Service Community Schools’ model. Sierra assists in building a community of success through collaboration, basic needs, wrap around services, resource and referral information, and data tracking. This position is funded by the NWHFSC.
