NW Immunization Clinic

The NW Immunization Clinic offers free immunizations for those who qualify. In addition to children vaccinations, the clinic provides vaccinations to adults 19 years and older if they have no health insurance, or have health insurance that doesn't cover vaccines.

Minnesota is a “No Shots, No School” state. In order to enroll, students must be up-to-date on the required immunizations. 

Qualifications 

The Immunization Clinic is available to any individual or family who qualifies, living in the northwest suburbs and adjacent cities. 

Free Immunizations are available to families who:
  • Do not have health insurance
  • Have children under 19 yrs. and are enrolled in a MN Health Care Program; MA,  MnCare, or PMAP
  • Are American Indian or Alaskan Native

The NW Immunization Clinic is located within the Osseo Area Schools Enrollment Center at the Northwest Family Service Center building. 

Free ramp parking is available onsite. 

The NW Immunization Clinic is a program of the Northwest Hennepin Family Service Collaborative in partnership with Osseo Area Schools.
